Return Policy
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges of petfood items, however, we always want to ensure you and your furry friend are happy. Please contact us and let us know how we can help!
For all other items (excluding trailers) we offer the following terms:
- Contact us and inform us of the reason you wish to return an item.
- Time Limit: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt or delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee applies and will be advised at the time of the request to return the item.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return freight costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
